È domenica e da venerdi sera avró si e no dormito 5 ore.
L’adrenalina post concerto mi frega ogni volta e faccio sempre un pó di fatica ad addormentarmi e la mattina il mio orologio biologico conclude l’opera facendomi aprire gli occhi alle 8 e con un riflesso incondizionato mi alzo e concludo il tutto facendomi un caffè..trac il gioco è fatto!!

La serata è stata fantastica!
Il palco del Live a Trezzo è spettacolare..sali cabli tutte le tue cosine, accendi le tastiere per fare il soundcheck e dopo due note, se non ci fosse da fare il suono in sala, scenderesti subito, tutto si sente alla perfezione..un pó più di batteria in spia e io mi sento un re.
È stata una serata emozionante e a renderla ancora più divertente sono stati gli amici che hanno condiviso con noi il palco e che hanno scaldato con le loro voci le anime delle persone.
Un grazie di cuore a Emyl, Meme, Paolo Martella, Jack Jaselli e Gianluca Plomitallo che per questa nottata al Live sono stati la nostra voce.

Video killed the radio star cantavano nel ’79 i Buggles, ma forse si sbagliavano perchè l’unica cosa che i video uccidono sono i musicisti!!!
Domenica abbiamo iniziato le registrazioni di un nuovo video e per dieci ore siamo stati chiusi in una stanza di sette metri per sette in compagnia di tutto lo staff..regista, direttore della fotografia tecnici vari, truccatrici..non vi dico il caldo che faceva…e noi truccati come nella pubblicità delle Tabú (magari qualche non giovane se la ricorda!) o i Kiss di colore.

I tempi tecnici sono infiniti e dopo qualche ora di riprese incominci ad andar fuori di testa..e come un maratoneta al 35km cerchi di non perdere la concentrazione, ma ad un certo punto cedi e incominci a cercare un riparo solitario lontano dalle luci e dal caldo che quelle maledette sprigionano.

IT- Ieri sera sono andato al Tunnel a sentire Lindstrøm suonare…
Sarà stata il dancefloor, le strobo o le luci fluo, la cassa in quattro o quei bassi funkettoni che qualcosa nel sangue si è messo a ribollire.
Il primo amore non si scorda mai e mettere i dischi è come andare in bicicletta..quando impari diventa una cosa naturale.
Era da un pó che non mi mettevo alla console a mixare delle tracce, ma la necessità e la voglia di fare ricerca di nuovi suoni mi ha sempre spinto a cercare cose nuove.

Maybe it was the dance floor, the fluorescent lights or strobe, the kick in four or those funky low bass that something in the blood has begun to boil.
The first love you never forget and put the disks is like riding a bike .. when learned becomes a natural thing.
It’s been a while since I stay in front of the console mixing tracks, but the need to do and the desirecto search for new sounds has always inspired me to try new things.

..or try to understand to understand the where, the how, what and when…
and this is done only for the things you care so much…but do you mind clear why you think and you have to understand…

IT- Del 2001 ricordo che due cose stupende, conobbi la donna della mia vita e New York mi entrò nel cuore.
Lei irruppe nella mia vita con tutta la dolcezza che contraddistingue un’amore, New York irruppe con tutta la violenza che quel giorno di dieci anni va la stuprò nell’intimo.
Non voglio però ricordare quel giorno triste ma voglio ricodare tutte le emozioni che quella città e i suoi cittadini riescono a darti.
Nel 2007 i GrOOming sbarcarono negli states per qualche data, iniziammo con Philadelphia per poi arrivare nella città che non dorme mai.
E li camminando nelle sue Avenue capisci cos’è New York, sembra il centro del mondo dove nascono e si convogliano tutte le energie città che con i suoi grattacieli sembra proteggerti, avvolgerti e coccolarti ma nello stesso tempo spaventarti, città piena di paradossi e contraddizioni.
Ti siedi dietro la vetrina di un caffè e vedi scorre un fiume di esseri umani, alieni a volte, ma che se provi a conoscere l’unica cosa che sono in grado di darti è amore.

EN- I remember that in 2001 two glorious things happens to me, I met the woman of my life and I New York entered in my heart.
She burst into my life with all the sweetness that distinguishes a love, New York, broke with all the violence that this day of ten years ago raped its inside.
But I do not want to remember that sad day but I want rember all the emotions that this city and its citizens are able to give you.
Grooming in 2007 landed in the states for some gigs, we started with Philadelphia before arriving in the city that never sleeps.
And walking in its Avenue you can understand what New York city is, seems to be the center of the world where you are born and convey all the energy, the city with its skyscrapers seem to protect yourself, wrap and pamper and scare you at the same time, a city full of paradoxes and contradictions .
You sit behind the window of a coffee and see a river of humans, aliens, at times, but if you try to know the only thing I can give you is love.
